Erynn was fantastic! We sold a home and purchased a new one through the Capriotti Group. When we met with Erynn for the first time about sellling our home she came prepared with and layed out a plan from start to finish how she would sell our home. She had a ton of great marketing material to get foot traffic through the home we were selling! She was also very detailed, down to where certain items were placed for the pictures of the home. It all made a difference and made our old house look so good I almost didn't want to leave. Kidding, but it did look great! She sold our home in 1 week! With that being said she was very kind and patient when it came to finding our new home. She had a wealth of knowledge on inspections, mortgage, and towns where we were looking. One of my husband's favorite things was how she listened to our wants and needs. She never pressured us or made us feel rushed. It was a very pleasurable experience. I put off selling our old home for years becuase I thought the process would be difficult and confusing. With having Erynn as our realtor the hardest part was moving the boxes into our new home!

Vince was the best realtor I have worked with. He is born and raised in the Cherry Hill area and has extensive knowledge about the local communities. As a young woman it can be intimidating to meet with a man you do not know at a location you may not be familiar with. There is nothing to worry about with Vince. He is very respectful and easy to get along with. He is incredibly thorough in looking over the houses and constantly spotted little things that needed to be fixed that I missed. There was one house we looked at that was beautiful on the inside but in the crawl space there was mold and flooding. Vince literally got into the crawl space (it was small, dark, and dirty) and he used his phone flashlight to investigate and point out all of the issues. I don’t know many other realtors that would have actually gone all the way in there to show me why NOT to buy a house. I had specific needs as I was moving an elderly relative in with me and Vince took all of the requirements into account and kept them in mind as we looked. Vince is honest and I would recommend him to anyone as well as work with him in the future.

Vince was great to work with and we would definitely use him again and recommend him to our friends. Vince was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. He keep us posted on what was happening when we had a bid in on the house we wanted. It was tough to find us a rancher in the area that we wanted to live in, but Vince came through for us and found just the right home for us.
